Some serious shade is being thrown Kim Kardashian’s way this fall. The mom of four is apparently sharing her “equivalent of putting her kids’ artwork on the refrigerator” according to one fan as she shares a new song created by her daughters, North and Chicago West.
Showcasing BOMB, a new single from North and Chi, Kim Kardashian is backing her kids all the way. People are taking to the comments to say the SKIMS founder is now a replica of her mom and manager, Kris Jenner, and others think Kim is saying: “Let’s all go to work,” by sharing her kids’ creativity.
The second Kim shared her kids’ new song with the world, she has some mixed reviews coming her way.
A lot of people aren’t keen on BOMB, and they’re not holding back when it comes to letting the 44-year-old know.
Some say the tune sounds like “the kind of weird music when you wake up in the middle of the night and forgot to turn off the TV.”
Another writes: “Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.”
“I love ya’ll, but this song is terrible,” comments another savage critic.
More keep things short and not-so-sweet, asking: “uhhhh what the hell?”
And another says the song is “the dumbest thing.”
The savagery keeps on coming as another person asks: “What in the AI?” and another dubs the music and its video “horrendous.”
Some people like the new song
There’s confusion in the air since BOMB dropped, that’s for sure, but some people are here for the song.
Although a lot of commenters think this is a case of “you’re doing amazing sweetie” gone too far, Kim’s being hailed a “marketing genius” by her loyal followers.
One person comments: “I don’t know what this is but I’m kinda living,” and more say North is a “boss.”
More defend Kimmy and her daughters, writing: “I don’t know why everyone is hating on some kids, clearly they wanted to make a song and do something fun…”
Others say: “You know what… hell yeah!” to the tune, and even more people seem impressed, commenting: “I actually love it,” and “This is what kids’ music should sound like.”
People are also loving some specific lyrics of Chicago’s in the song, including when she says the words: “I only wave when I’m telling them bye.”
According to one particular listener, “Chi ate” with that one.
