Married At First Sight UK star Kristina Goodsell is reassuring fans she’s “thriving” this November following her departure from the show. Kristina and Kieran Chapman left fans “heartbroken” when they decided to vote “leave” in the dating experiment and end their marriage.
This November, many E4 viewers are seemingly having a hard time coming to terms with the idea of Kristina and Kieran no longer being an item. The couple’s rollercoaster ride of a relationship was one of those featured on Married At First Sight UK series 9. Kieran and Kristina’s romance had fans hooked as they navigated all kinds of challenges together. It seems people thought they’d go to distance but their decision to “leave” proves otherwise.
Kieran and Kristina leave fans ‘heartbroken’

After weeks of getting to know Kieran and Kristina, and seeing their love story develop, many viewers weren’t prepared for the two to go their separate ways during November 5’s episode.
As fans come to terms with Kristina and Kieran calling it quits, their co-stars are showing their support in the couple’s Instagram comments.
Many write how they’re “proud” of the duo. Others comment on how the two had “an amazing marriage” despite now opting out of it.
Kristina urges ‘stop the negativity’
As Kristina and Kieran go their separate ways, many fans are taking to social media to ask if they “missed something,” asking: “How did they go from being one of the most invested couples to… the friend zone?”
More say they’re “gutted” over the couple’s decision to split and more weigh in on Kieran for “wasting Kristina’s time,” and “being hung up on his ex.”
But, in a joint Instagram post, the couple explains where they’re both at following their decision.
Kieran writes: “This sounds brutal, I know.. but I wasn’t the man for Kristina, and she deserves someone to put her on a pedestal…”
As many people throw their opinions into the comments section, Kristina urges them to “stop the negativity.”
She reassures fans she and Kieran are “thriving in their own ways,” adding how they’re “celebrating each other for how far we’ve both come.”
It’s clear to see Kieran and Kristina are very much adored by their fans and co-stars as they end series 9 as friends.
