Kim Kardashian done a film review on The Substance movie, featuring Demi Moore, but the reaction wasn’t exactly worth it. Just five minutes in, she had her say on how amazing the actress looks.
The Substance follows Elizabeth Sparkle, played by Demi Moore, as she’s given a substance to transform her into an enhanced version of herself – yet Kim Kardashian couldn’t stop staring at her appearance.

Kim Kardashian literally watched 2024 film, The Substance, for five minutes before she decided to give it a review. And the first thing she noticed was how “amazing” main character Demi Moore looks.
Even the official X page for the movie reshared Kim’s Instagram story, which featured Moore wearing a blue swimsuit. Kim wrote: “The visuals are amazing and she looks so amazing!” The Substance X page had to confirm, “Yes, this is real,” after the random review on November 23.
The Substance, which Demi Moore’s character, Elizabeth Sprinkles takes, is a neon green concoction that, once injected, activates the DNA and creates a younger version of yourself, one unaffected by aging.
She’s getting major hate for her review
Kim is not only getting slammed her appearance-focused review of the movie, but also for the fact she’s on her phone just five minutes in, and marketing it for social media already.
People have gone as far as to say she’s likely going to get her hands on the false substance used in the movie, especially after she shared a photo chilling with a Tesla robot called Optimus.
One X user wrote, “If the Substance existed in real life, Kim Kardashian will probably take it despite all the extreme side effects.” Anyone whose seen the movie knows that vomit is a side effect of the Substance.
Another penned, “The Substance is as superficial and preening as any Kardashian. A perfect match. And Kim is right. Demi does look amazing,” while one said she’s “just helping put the film on people’s radar.”
